Leonidas P. Flangas, Esq.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Leo majored in International Relations and Business prior to attending Santa Clara University. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1995 and within three days tried his first jury trial in Reno, Nevada. Quickly becoming an experienced trial attorney, Leo has been litigating cases and running two successful law offices, while also litigating cases in Arizona, Utah, and California on a pro hac vice basis. When he isn’t litigating cases Leo enjoys being a pilot, and has been flying planes since the age of 13. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and four dogs, and pursuing a
myriad of other business ventures.
Thomas M. Fronczek, Esq.
A genuine born and raised native Las Vegan, Toby attended elementary school through law school in Southern Nevada. A graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, he was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2009. His prior experience includes substantial work in the area of criminal law both as a defense attorney and a prosecutor before shifting to the area of civil litigation where he has been thriving for nearly the past decade. His current areas of focus include tort litigation, contracts, real estate and personal injury.
Toby and his wife Nicole met at UNLV during their undergraduate studies and have been married for nearly 17 years. They have two fantastic mostly-grown children, and a small harmonious zoo of cats and dogs. Toby's interests in his off time include a devoted following of his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and losing to both of his kids at video games. Toby and his kids have also amassed, over the past twenty years, a world-class collection of Transformers figures.
Benjamin La Luzerne, Esq. – Of Counsel for Flangas Civil Law Firm
Before starting his own firm Ben worked for eight years as an in-house attorney for an international vacation ownership company handling a wide array of matters. He is proud to have been able to serve and grow along with that company, maintaining a status with the company as the longest-tenured attorney in its U.S. Legal Department.
Ben worked as an associate attorney at Flangas Law Firm for a few years, and is now of counsel
for the firm, constantly working on a variety of Civil Litigation matters. Ben is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Florida. When not practicing law, Ben enjoys spending time with his two children, and is extremely passionate about Rugby. He volunteers as a certified coach, certified referee, and is a member of
the Executive Committee for the Las Vegas Irish Rugby Football Club.
